🎼 StemStudio — Audio to MIDI & Sheet Music

Upload any audio file (a full song, a single instrument, or an isolated stem) and get back a downloadable MIDI transcription plus rendered sheet music, powered by Basic-Pitch (Spotify), music21 and Verovio — all open-source, free.

Tip: Cleaner / monophonic or simpler audio (e.g. an isolated vocal or melody stem) transcribes far more accurately than a full mixed song. In Step 2b we'll add stem separation (Demucs) so you can run this on isolated tracks automatically.

Status: StemStudio Backend v0.1 — MIDI + Sheet Music module

Sheet music includes a playback cursor: press Play on the audio player above and the currently-playing note(s) highlight in orange on the score. Coming next: connecting all backend modules (MIDI, stem separation, chords) to the main StemStudio frontend dashboard.
